Blacks, liver chestnuts trimmed in white and palominos with chrome in all the right places. Her filly is for sale and two of her fillies sold in excess of $20,000 each.

Originally purchased in 1994, I showed Melody in Classic and Hunter classes as well as Classic driving. We decided to breed her and her resulting foal, Traign National Anthem was Grand National champion 3 Year Old Hunter, and 6th in the World. Not bad for a backyard breeding farm. After breeding her one more time, she was sold to a young rider in Massachusetts with Chris Cassenti as agent. Chris finally owned Melody and was a favorite mount in the Chrislar Farm riding program. For many years, Melody took young riders into the spotlight to pick up the blue ribbon. When it was time to retire her from the lesson program, Chris let Melody come back down to Florida to enjoy the sunshine.

Smokey was purchased in 1991 for Pete to ride in the Sheriff's Mounted Unit. He and Smokey have logged many hours together and if I had to build a horse for Pete, it could not have been a better match. Smokey is patient, kind and big enough to be intimidating if need be. In his later years, he was the weanlings babysitter here at Triagn Farm Morgans but his reputation is far reaching and is now on lease to teach baby Saddlebred's their manners.

Barney was purchased solely as a police mount and since that day in November as a three year old he has done just that. He has been to three Florida Law Enforcement Games, each time coming home with gold, silver and bronze medals from equitation, obstacles and inspections. He has been on countless search and rescues, police horse demonstrations and crowd control situations. Since my retirement from the Marion county sheriff's Office Mounted Unit he is now being used by a youth in that same unit Barney is everyone's favorite horse and is also the weanling's babysitter and mentor.
